Winemaking
12 hours cold pre-fermented maceration.
Soft pressing for must extraction. Static racking and subsequent alcoholic fermentation under a controlled temperature about 14ºC. Crianza lasts for two months over fine lees up to the moment of bottling.
Tasting
Pale straw colour.
Infinite freshness aromas, it has a superb aroma typical of the variety, floral notes, white flowers and apricot and green apple fruity.
In mouth is fruity, dry, good acidity, very wide, full of nuances and leaves a very pleasant feeling of great persistence.
