Detailed description
Giving a one more step in our project in the region of Valencia; taking into account the international demand that Bruno Murciano sees every day, where the moscatel variety is in fashion; and with the interpretation of David Sampedro, loyal to its style of wines, we make El Novio Perfecto.
With El Novio Perfecto the sommelier Bruno Murciano and the winemaker and winegrower David Sampedro Gil, have achieved to have the young in the palms of their hands. Vinification has been carried out by the valencian Bruno Murciano, named as the best 2008 sommelier of Spain and David Sampedro, winegrower and winemaker of the Rioja Alavesa, of renowned international prestige and a long wine familiar tradition.
Making
Young white wine, 50% muscatel and 50% viura, where both varieties are made separately, getting a dry muscatel and stopping viura fermentation in order to get a concentration of sugar close to 80 gr/l.
Tasting
White wine that shows a waxy yellow, clean and brilliant tonality at sight, fine tear with a glyceric aspect.
Aromas are intense, soft and balanced in nose. It highlights thanks to its freshness. Orange blossom soft floral sensations.
Soft and fruity in mouth, with marked acidity given to its youth. Easy to drink thanks to its low alcoholic strength. Very tasty, full body, which ends with a long end leaving a slight bitterness.
