Detailed description

Making

Selected harvest in 12 kg crates. Fermented under controled temperature of 16ºC for 15 days in maceration tanks. Fermentation takes place in 500 litres new French barrels for 5 months.

Tasting

Bright straw colour.

Fruit aroma, frost, floral, herbes of dressing table, spicy, refined.

In mouth is powerful, tasty, balanced, good acidity.
