Detailed description

Making

This wine is designed at the vineyard. It needs monitoring in order to get a grape of quality and in the very right moment of ripening; Among the different activities of monitoring we should highlight : the performance control, the watering and the comprehensive control of maturation.

Once grape harvest is determined, the grape will be taken to the winery where a special making of long maceration and pumping will be carried out in order to get a greater concentration of polyphenols and aromatic potential.

Once we get the desired wine, it will be carried to the stage of  ageing in new oak barrels (20% French, 80% American). This stage will last for 16 months in order to get a wine with its own personality which reflects the plot of land from where it comes.

Tasting

Nice intense cherry red colour with nice blue edges.

Seductive and expressive nose where oak special notes live together with a red fruit forest background (blackberries and blueberries) in season.

Powerful in mouth, tasteful and with a good structure, sweet tanines and well integrated, warm hints with mouth-watering notes, spicy background and an interesting smoothness.
