Winemaking
White winemaking from mavasia grapes coming from the sunniest parts of Turís. After maceration with alcohol and aromatic herbs extracts. Finally, sweetening and acidity correction to get an interesting balance between sweetness, acidity and bitterness.
Tasting
Colour, mahogany-orange, shinny medium cape.
Nose, high intensity with underbrush herbs aromas, eucalyptus, citrus, nuts and cinnamon.
Mouth, powerful and thick entrance. Well integrated and balanced sensations, being highlighted a bitterness typical from this product.
Pairing
To drink on the rock with a slice of orange. Ideal to enjoy it by itself, or with smoked snacks, pickles and salted fish.
