Making

Viura's best plots of land have been worked to make this wine, choosing the balance of freshness and ripeness, warranting a perfect health in order to the grapes provide an aromatic wine, right acidity and ripeness. Once grapes are tasted the moment of the harvest is determined for every plot of land.

Grape must has made alcoholic fermentation inside stainless steel tanks. The resulting wine has stayed for three months in a soft and long roasted oak barrel, blending with wood delicate aromas and having an aging on fine lees.

Tasting

Pale yellow colour with green highlights.

In nose amazes thanks to its fruit in season intensity appearing apple, pear, a bit of banana and refreshing citric notes. It is also amazing for its white flowers, the flowers with sweety and malow aromas which perfectly fit with the soft aging.  

In mouth is refreshing, perfumed and immersing, long lasting.

Pairing

Amazing with snacks. It also wins with classic harmonies as grilled whitefish or seafood but also makes a difference with dishes based on vegetables, fish with sauce or white meat.
