Bobal de San Juan is the product of a dream, a dream to create a wine able of boosting the bobal grape, a variety that has not got the acknowledgement and reputation that it deceives.

 Valsangiacomo's fifth generation together with Bruno Murciano, Jean Marc Lafage and Modesto Francés, assumed the challenge  of creating a wine that expressed the bobal identity in international markets.

Detailed description

Tasting Note

Medium robe with a deep red an purple rim.

An intense red fruits fragrance in the de nose with a predominance of strawberry and a floral hint of violets followed by spicy notes, mainly of black pepper and liquorice.

It is elegant in the mouth, with a fresh entrance and a predominance of pepper on a background of ripe fruits, strawberry and cherry. A balance between fresh acidity and a firm but well rounded tannin provides piesant and significant lingering and depth.
