Red wine cherry red, with intense bluish hues, intense and bright layer.
On the nose high intensity. Fusion of fruity aromas (highlights red fruit) assembled with tertiary aromas such as vanilla and liquorice, provided by its aging in barrels.
On the palate it is elegant, tasty and fresh. It combines ripe fruit with velvety tannins, which causes a very pleasant mid palate and a very elegant finish.
Iberian appetizers, grilled meats, hot chacinas, pastas with meat sauces (bolognese, canelones), rice with poultry, exotic cuisines with nuts and/or honey.
