Curisosities
The name Alquézar is a reference as a leader quality in adventure tourism at the Somontano. The most spectacular mountain activities that you can enjoy at the Somontano start there.
Making and Ageing
After a cold maceration with the 8 to 10 hours husks and at a temperature of 10ºC, the must is separated by gravity and fermented once clean at temperatures of 15 - 17ºC during 15 days approximately in order to develop and keep the maximum of the aromas.
Tasting
Beautiful and intense strawberry red colour. Fruity aromas of cherries, violets, stone fruits and peppermint.
In mouths is soft, with a good balanced sweetness thanks to the presence of carbonic which provides freshness.
Great fruity sensation both in nose and mouth with a great aromatic persistence.
Alcoholic Content 12,5%
