Robert Parker:  This is, by far, the most radical and different wine of Celler del Roure.

It was made in the old fashioned way, recovering the traditional varieties, the earthen jars buried and the old cups, which are those stone mills where the grapes entered, which they then stepped on with their feet, and trying to make the wine as it was here formerly.
