Vinyards

25 to 35 years old vineyards which are grown in cup-shape vine training.

Continental climate with low rainfall, characterized by very cold winters and very warm summers with a big difference of temperatures between day and night.

Making and Ageing

Maceration takes place at temperatures under 27 ºC between 25 and 30 days.

Ageing in bordolesa barrel for 6 months.

Tasting Notes

A red wine of an intense cherry colour.

In nose it offers over-ripe fruit aromas.

In mouth it shows slight woody shades with aromas that recall black fruits. It results spicy, powerful, persistent and fresh.
