Detailed description

A wine that comes frome vines that were planted more than 45 years ago in our property called Casa Garrido. The wine stays 12 months in French and American oak barrel where it acquires struture and its tannin is rounded.

It has been cared and coddled respecting its natural process of stabilization in order to elevate to its highest expression its characteristics.

Tasting

	Its aspect is clean at sight, intense with red cherry notes.
	Very mature fruit aroma, with tones of wild fruits, surrounded by honey tones, vanilla, nutshells, cinnamon and clove coming from the oak.
	Very mature fruit aroma, with tones of wild fruits, surrounded by honey tones, vanilla, nutshells, cinnamon and clove coming from the oak. In mouth entrance has a marked character but at the same time is balanced and gentle thanks to the gentle tannins of the wood and roundness of the vintage in bottle. Aftertaste very long, balanced, gentle but also with the character that is given by the Bobal variety.
