Winemaking

Exclusively made from grapes selected from old and low production vines. This wine shows the quality potential of the Bobal, an Utiel-Requena native grape. 

Stalking and soft crushing of the grape followed by a long maceration under controlled temperature and by means of an exclusive system of powerful pumpings. Malolactic fermentation.

Tasting

	A red wine with an intense red colour and purplish tones.
	Poweful and complex aroma, reminds forest strawberries over a slightly floral background. Very long aftertaste.
	In mouth is fresh, bulky, thick and unctuous, with round and well integrated tannins. Very long aftertaste.
	Ideal to pair meat, rice, cheese and tapas.
