Vineyard, Making and Ageing

Single-varietal red wine made with grapes from the El Pocico plot, a vineyard that is 20 years old.

The harvest was carried out manually. The grapes were selected at the table. Subsequently, alcoholic fermentation took place for 8 to 10 days, not exceeding a temperature of 26º C in contact with its skins. The resulting wine spent 6 months in barrels, an aging that gives it subtle memories of oak and cocoa.

Tasting

	Deep red red wine with ruby ​​reflections.
	With an expressive and intense smell, it provides aromas with notes of red and black fruits, sweet spices and a soft smokiness from its aging in barrels.
	In the mouth it is fresh, concentrated and very mineral with fine tannin and perfect balance.
