Production

A selection of our pago Merlot's variety best grapes. Malolactic and alcoholic fermentation takes place in 225 litres new french oak tree barriques.

Taste

Cherry red colour with a violet-shaded rim, mid high coating, dense texture whose youth highlights.

Hints of wild red berries and a background of violets with subtle notes of vanilla and smoked aromas come to your nose when smelling.

Once in your mouth is fresh with a touch of acidity, subtle but elegant bitter tastes, rounded tannins. Mineral notes and raspberries are given by an aftertaste which lasts for long.
