Detailed description
Barrelled-fermentation period 15 months in American oak barrel of typically one-two years old, medium toasting and tight grain.
Tasting
Bright cherry colour with very intense ruby red rim.
High-toned fruit aroma comes first on the nose but gradually it merges into highlighting hints of toasty, liquorice and chocolate, which lead to a great expression of aromas.
Round mouth, with a concentration of varietal intensity on the palate, well-merged oak and fruit tannins, luscious, structured and balanced. Lingering finish.
