Soils and vines

Careful selection of different parcels under the supervision of our oenologist Vicente Ramos Torres. Vineyards are located at an altitude of 850m above sea level.

With a length of up to 60 years these strains give us a low yield of high quality grapes . Yield approx. is 2 kg per vine.

Vinification

Fermentation in concrete tanks. Total fermentation and maceration of 21 to 30 days.
