The motto of Vinos Cuevas is “Grape and nothing else”

We are submerged by our wines in romantic aromas of mature fruits, compote, liquorice, garnet and violet colours, cherry and tiles, and soft, rounded and well balanced flavours.

The respect for environment, biodiversity and health prevails in Cueva. For this reason grapes come from organic cultivation. The tempranillo, the bobal, which is the grape with more antioxidant properties, and la tardana, a late ripening grape, are ideal to make sparkling wine with little ageing.

More than 200 square metres of crianza cavas give the wines the rest and right temperature which make them exclusive and still. NATURAL making, with no filtering and no other treatment, is combined with the latest technology to preserve, bottle and label the natural products that leave the winery Cueva.

Besides our wines and spirits, winery Cueva also obtains the best healthy qualities of ginger to surprise through flavour with its exclusive and unique liquor in the market.
