Making

Fermentation at 15ºC at tanks of stainless steel and a four months aging in american oak tree 225 litres barriques.

Taste

Clear cherry and violet colour with intense cherry-red colour reflections.

Releases some mentholade and fresh cherries and blackberry notes with a finish where being careful we will find a wine complex and full in mouth and slight toasty hints.

Very oily and fruit sensations in the mouth, well balanced and silky sensations, magic maturity of a wine that brings together freshness and nobility.
