Making

42 days of a unique maceration.

Ageing

15 months in new French barrels.

Tasting

Dull pillory colour with garnet sparkles and thick tear.

Powerful nose of great finesse, extremely elegant, seductive, complex and with a lot of personality where prevails ripe fruit, compote, terpenic notes, grape, quince and flower, spicy, balsamic, milky and mineral notes.

In mouth very refined, round with great breadth and balance. It is already made and tamed which allows a great enjoyment.
