Detailed description

Ageing

Organic cava with 24 months of aging in rhyme.

Tasting

Straw-coloured with green highligths, with excellent transparency and flow. Persistent small bubbles leaving crown pattern on the wine surface in the glass.

Crisp flavours with mild hint of yeast, a result of the minimum 2 year maturing process.

Smooth, with a fine elegant bouquet and a finish that is dry and persistent.
