Detailed description

Making and Ageing

Partial stalking and light crushing. Fermentation of every variety takes separately place in small 750 litres tubs. Temperature is under control with smooth pigeages and short macerations between 5 and 8 days. Malolactic fermentation 50% in barrel and 50% in tank. Mixed aging of 6 months in barrel and tank.

Tasting

Intense cherry red color visually, sensation of thick.

In nose is intense and complex, with black fruits in season, plums and blackberries, with nuances of toasted and toffe.

When tasting entrance is powerful, with a sweety sensation and volume. Tannin is pleasant and marked.
