Detailed description

Making Area

Protected Place Name 'Valencia' : it is placed very near of the Mediterranean coast at a height which is between 250 and 1000 metres. Climate is warm and the influence of the Mediterranean very ruling. Vines that have been planted in clay-chalky grounds for centuries and which in combination with the constant presence of the sun give birth to fruity wines with a good structure and moderate tannins. 

Winemaking

We select just the best grapes of the Petit Verdot variety. Cold maceration takes place for 10 days at 14ºC. Fermentation takes place at 26ºC for five days. Malolactic in tank.

Tasting

Red wine intense red colour with maroon highlights.

High intensity aromas, with memories to balsamic red fruits and a minty end.

In mouth is vinous with and elegant structure, good body and fresh acidity.
