Tasting Note
Colour, Intense cherry red color with violet shades. |
Nose, deep aroma in which a touch of violet can be identified, su-rrounded by a background of ripe black fruit, spices and a balsa-mic hint. Little by little, after being slightly aired in the glass, its complexity increases and subtle hints of dates, figs and pastry ap-pear. |
Palate, it is structured and highly fruity. Its mature tannins remind of a velvety feel and guarantees a long life to this wine. A long fi-nish fills the palate with spiced, mineral and balsamic hints. |
Ideal for accompanying meats, cheeses, rice dishes and traditional cooking. |
