Andalusian surprise! Modern wins, easy to drink and with a big fruity charge.

Detailed description
Vineyards
Unique and special as the spot of the vineyard is protected from the warm East winds thanks to the Valleja mounting range, the high percentage of sun hours during the growing season and the height of the land with respect to the surrounding lands (which gifts amazing sights from the highest point of the property.)
You can't find other vines planted with red varieties in several kilometers around and the property is located in an area where you can hardly find people.
All years you can get very high quality grapes through which you can produce a red wine with a great personality dispite the vine is very difficult to raise, with important slopes, shallow grounds and with different characteristics inside the same plot of land.
Making and Ageing
The microvinification is the base of Finca Moncloa's wines, searching the maxim expression of the character of the varietals and the andalusian homeland.

All care is not enough for the vine : selection of varietals and rootstock, pruning in the growing season and clearing of the bunches, weather station in the vine, daily checking of maturity of the grape since July to harvest, new and second use barrels.
A total of 182 French and American oak barrels, new and second use, are used for the ageing of Finca Moncloa's wines.
9 months in new French and American oak barrels. Limited production.
Exclusive wines, limited production. All bottles are numbered.
