Detailed description

Making and Ageing

Traditional production from the selection of small batches of grape, fermentation with wild yeast inside small tubs, maceration lasts between 10 and 12 days, malolactic fermentation in barrel, 7 months of ageing with fine lees and a total of 14 months in barrel.

Tasting

Visually clean and candid.

In nose red and balck fruit jam aromas , black chocolate and coffee.

Once in mouth the attack is good with volume, heavy sensations and very smooth. A ripe and very integrated tannin. The end is spicy and fresh.
